Job Description of Senior Automation QA Engineer

✅ We are seeking a Senior Automation QA Engineer to join our dynamic and growing team. In this role, you will lead the design and implementation of automated test frameworks to ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of our software solutions. You’ll work closely with developers, product managers, and other QA professionals to drive a culture of quality throughout the development lifecycle. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities of Senior Automation QA Engineer

✅ Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using industry-standard tools.
✅ Collaborate with development teams to identify test scenarios and maintain test coverage.
✅ Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
✅ Continuously improve test automation processes and frameworks.
✅ Document test results, report defects, and support root cause analysis.
✅ Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and reviews.
✅ Mentor junior QA engineers and promote best practices in QA automation.

Qualification Required for Senior Automation QA Engineer

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
✅ Minimum of 1+ year experience in Automation QA roles.
✅ Strong knowledge of automation tools (e.g., Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, Postman, etc.).
✅ Proficient in scripting languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
✅ Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control tools (e.g., Git, Jenkins).
✅ Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
✅ Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
