Job Description of HSE Officer

✅ We are seeking a diligent and safety-conscious HSE Officer to join our client’s healthcare operations in Abu Dhabi. This role is critical in maintaining a safe and compliant work environment, ensuring all health, safety, and environmental protocols are effectively implemented and adhered to. The ideal candidate will bring experience, dedication, and a proactive mindset to promote a culture of safety within the workplace.

Key Responsibilities of HSE Officer

✅ Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and programs.
✅ Conduct regular risk assessments and safety audits across facilities.
✅ Ensure compliance with local, national, and international health and safety regulations.
✅ Deliver HSE training and awareness sessions to employees and staff.
✅ Investigate and report incidents, accidents, or near-misses, and recommend corrective actions.
✅ Maintain accurate records and documentation related to HSE activities.
✅ Support management in fostering a culture of continuous improvement in health and safety practices.

Qualification Required for HSE Officer

✅ Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
✅ Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar HSE role, preferably in the healthcare or HR industry.
✅ Strong knowledge of UAE health and safety regulations.
✅ Certification in NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent is a plus.
✅ Excellent communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
✅ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
