Key Responsibilities of Business Development Manager - Healthcare
✅ Candidate must have a min. of 5 years experience in Healthcare sector, preferably Hospital in UAE.
✅ Must be Bilingual
✅ Build and maintain strong client relationships with HR departments, wellness coordinators, and decision-makers
✅ Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue and expansion targets
✅ Collaborate with marketing and operations to deliver customized service solutions
✅ Represent the company at industry events, expos, and networking sessions
✅ Identify and pursue new B2B business opportunities across sectors
Qualification Required for Business Development Manager - Healthcare
✅ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field
✅ Proven experience (5+ years preferred) in B2B sales, corporate partnerships, or business development preferably in healthcare, Hospitals or Clinics.
✅ Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
✅ Ability to work independently and drive results
✅ Strong organizational and time-management skills
✅ Valid Driving License is mandatory
✅ Willingness to travel locally for client meetings.
