Key Responsibilities of Talent Acquisition Specialist
✅ Manage end-to-end recruitment for white-collar and professional roles, from role briefing to offer and onboarding
✅ Source candidates through headhunting, direct approach, job boards, LinkedIn, and professional networks
✅ Build and maintain a talent pipeline of qualified construction professionals in the UAE and the wider region
✅ Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates against technical requirements and company culture
✅ Partner with hiring managers and project teams to understand staffing needs and agree on hiring timelines
✅ Negotiate offers and manage candidate expectations to close hires efficiently
✅ Keep candidates engaged and informed throughout the process to ensure a positive experience
✅ Maintain accurate recruitment records, trackers, and reports on hiring progress
✅ Monitor market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring activity in the UAE construction sector
Qualification Required for Talent Acquisition Specialist
✅ Education: Bachelor’s degree
✅ Experience:
✅ 3–5 years of recruitment experience in the UAE, specifically in the construction industry
✅ Proven ability to source and hire qualified professionals for large-scale construction projects
✅ Skills:
✅ Strong expertise in white-collar recruitment, headhunting, and talent sourcing
✅ Excellent networking and candidate engagement skills
✅ Strong negotiation skills
✅ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
