Key Responsibilities of Customer Contact Service

✅ Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and provide prompt, accurate assistance.
✅ Resolve customer issues with professionalism and ensure a positive customer experience.
✅ Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions.
✅ Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs effectively.
✅ Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualification Required for Customer Contact Service

✅ A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
✅ Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or support.
✅ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
✅ Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
