Job Description of F&B Hostess

✅ We are looking for a warm, courteous, and professional F&B Hostess to join our Abu Dhabi team. As the first point of contact for our guests, the F&B Hostess plays a crucial role in setting the tone for an exceptional dining experience. This position requires a strong customer-service mindset, poise under pressure, and a passion for hospitality.

Key Responsibilities of F&B Hostess

✅ Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and engaging demeanor.
✅ Manage reservations and maintain the seating chart efficiently.
✅ Escort guests to their tables and provide menus.
✅ Collaborate with service staff to ensure a smooth flow of operations.
✅ Handle guest inquiries and address any concerns professionally.
✅ Maintain cleanliness and organization of the hostess area.
✅ Ensure a positive and memorable guest experience from arrival to departure.

Qualification Required for F&B Hostess

✅ Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
✅ Minimum of 1 year experience in a hostess or front-of-house role within the F&B or hospitality sector.
✅ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
✅ Customer-focused with a warm and inviting personality.
✅ Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment.
✅ Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic or French is a plus.
