Inside Look of India’s Balakot Airstrikes

IAF bombed the JeM camp with the laser-guided missile at predawn around 3.40 am the bombing lasted for 12 minutes and claimed heavy casualties which were around 400.

All the mirages landed safely at the base around 4 am on the base. Thereafter, Defence Minister Nirmala Sitharaman was informed about the operation, and the cabinet committee on security was briefed shortly.

 

It is believed that Maulana Yusuf Azhar Mufti Omar, Maulana Jawed, Maulana Abdul Ghafoor Kashmiri, Maulana Aslam, Maulana Ajmal, and Maulana Zubair to be dead in the missile strike. All these terrorists were trainers of the jihadists, suicide bombers, and fidayeen.

Prime Minister of Pakistan Imran Khan, rejected India’s claim of targeting terrorist groups. Moreover, he also rejected the claim of heavy casualties.

 

In response to the airstrike, Pakistani airspace sent some of its planes to Indian territory. The IAF assumed such things would happen, therefore they prepared a plan and were ready to chase them away. In chasing their plane F-16, one of our planes crashed in Pakistani territory. That was our wing commander pilot Abhinanda, who was flying the MIG-21. F-16 got crashed due to a missile shot from our MIG-21 which was shot by IAF wing commander Abhinandan Varthaman.

 

He got parachuted out into enemy territory from a flaming plane. He asked the locals where he was. Upon finding that he was in Pakistan, the air fired to keep away the angry locals and jumped into the pond. He destroyed the important documents by chewing them down the throat and destroyed the documents. He has changed the definition of bravery.

 

The Indian officials created peer pressure on Pakistan. After a couple of tense days, Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan announced that he would send the son of Indian jet fighter pilot Abhi Nandan Vardaman, to India as a gesture of Peace.

Early morning horde of people started coming and they sang a song and beat drums for him. But, a person with the wrong intentions cannot do the right thing. Pakistan Officials delayed the homecoming of pilot Abhinandan Varthaman. They released him at night after 8.30 pm, which was scheduled to cast him in the afternoon.
