Job Description of Retention Officer

✅ We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Retention Officer to join our operations team in Dubai. The successful candidate will play a critical role in enhancing client satisfaction and loyalty by managing retention strategies, analyzing churn trends, and ensuring long-term engagement with our services. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about building strong relationships and making a measurable impact in a fast-paced IT environment.

Key Responsibilities of Retention Officer

✅ Make outbound calls to customers who have requested cancellations or shown signs of disengagement
✅ Understand customer issues and provide prompt, accurate, and relevant solutions
✅ Persuade customers to retain their accounts by highlighting product/service value, offers, or personalized benefits
✅ Maintain a calm, empathetic, and professional tone during all interactions
✅ Document all customer interactions and outcomes accurately
✅ Collaborate with the customer service and sales teams to resolve escalated issues
✅ Follow up with customers as needed to ensure satisfaction and retention
✅ Meet or exceed retention and call performance targets

Qualification Required for Retention Officer

✅ Any Bachelor's Degree
✅ Proven experience in tele calling, customer service, or account management roles
✅ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Ability to handle objections and work under pressure
✅ Basic computer and CRM knowledge
✅ Positive attitude and a customer-centric approach
