Job Description of NOC Engineer - Riverbed NPM Specialist
✅ We are looking for a NOC Engineer - Riverbed NPM Specialist to join our team onsite in the UAE. You will be the first line of defense for network and application performance, using the Riverbed platform to spot issues early, resolve them quickly, and keep services running smoothly.
✅ This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys turning monitoring data into insight, cutting through alert noise, and improving how operations teams detect and respond to problems. If you have 3+ years of experience and a strong grasp of network performance monitoring, we would like to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities of NOC Engineer - Riverbed NPM Specialist
✅ Provide support for the Riverbed platform, including AppResponse, NetProfiler, NetIM, and Portal
✅ Monitor the environment continuously, validate alerts, and perform L1 incident troubleshooting
✅ Tune performance, optimize thresholds, and reduce alert noise
✅ Manage incidents, handle escalations, and meet SLA commitments
✅ Build and maintain monitoring dashboards, reports, and trend analyses
✅ Support ticketing system integration, automation, and AIOps initiatives
✅ Drive continuous improvement and optimization of monitoring practices
Qualification Required for NOC Engineer - Riverbed NPM Specialist
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronics, or a related field
✅ 3+ years of experience in a NOC, network monitoring, or performance monitoring role
✅ Hands-on experience with Riverbed NPM tools (AppResponse, NetProfiler, NetIM)
✅ Solid understanding of networking fundamentals and incident management processes
✅ Familiarity with ticketing systems and ITSM practices
✅ Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
✅ Willingness to work onsite and ability to join within 30 days
✅ Nice to have: exposure to automation or AIOps tools, and Riverbed certifications.
