Key Responsibilities of Sales Coordinator - Hospitality Products
✅ Coordinate and support the daily operations of the sales team.
✅ Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate quotations.
✅ Maintain records of sales orders, customer communications, and delivery schedules.
✅ Collaborate with logistics and procurement teams to ensure timely fulfillment.
✅ Assist in preparing sales reports, proposals, and documentation.
✅ Manage CRM tools and ensure up-to-date data entry.
✅ Provide post-sale support to clients and address any service-related queries.
Qualification Required for Sales Coordinator - Hospitality Products
✅ Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
✅ Minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales coordination or customer service role, preferably in hospitality or related industries.
✅ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
