Key Responsibilities of IT Project Manager – Fraud Management Implementation
✅ Lead end-to-end delivery of Fraud Management / Fraud Detection solution implementations
✅ Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets and deliverables
✅ Manage the full project lifecycle using Agile, Waterfall or hybrid approaches
✅ Coordinate multiple stakeholders, third-party vendors and cross-functional technology teams
✅ Identify, assess and mitigate project risks, issues and dependencies
✅ Provide regular status reporting and clear updates to senior management and clients
✅ Maintain project governance, documentation and compliance with delivery standards
✅ Oversee testing, UAT, deployment and post-go-live support
✅ Solve problems and escalate issues early to keep delivery on track
Qualification Required for IT Project Manager – Fraud Management Implementation
✅ Education
✅ Bachelor’s degree
✅ Experience
✅ 8+ years in IT project management, preferably in banking or financial services
✅ Proven track record implementing Fraud Management / Fraud Detection solutions
✅ Experience managing multiple stakeholders, vendors and technology teams
✅ Skills
✅ Strong knowledge of the project lifecycle, Agile and Waterfall methodologies, and SDLC
✅ Strong skills in project planning, risk management, reporting and governance
✅ Excellent communication, coordination and problem-solving skills
✅ Advantage
✅ PMP, PRINCE2 or Agile certification
