Operator Trainee / Operator

✅ Operate, monitor and maintain machinery and equipment according to standard procedures

✅ Follow all safety regulations, protocols and quality standards

✅ Perform routine checks, basic maintenance and troubleshooting, and report faults promptly

✅ Maintain accurate records of production, readings and shift activities

✅ Keep the work area clean, organized and compliant with workplace standards

✅ Work with supervisors and team members to meet daily targets

✅ Learn new equipment and processes, with on-the-job training for trainee roles
