✅ We are hiring a Clinic Supervisor in Dubai to oversee day-to-day clinic operations. You will lead the team, keep patient flow smooth and make sure every visit reflects the quality our patients expect. You will be the link between our clinical, front-desk and administrative teams, which makes this a good role for an organized, people-focused professional ready to step up in the aesthetic and dermatology field.
Key Responsibilities of Clinic Supervisor
✅ Manage daily clinic operations so the clinic runs smoothly and efficiently
✅ Lead, support and supervise staff, and monitor their performance
✅ Ensure smooth patient flow and a high-quality patient experience from arrival to follow-up
✅ Handle administrative and operational tasks accurately and on time
✅ Resolve operational issues and patient concerns quickly and professionally
✅ Keep clear communication between management, clinical staff and patients
Qualification Required for Clinic Supervisor
✅ Bachelor’s degree
✅ At least 1 year of experience in a clinic, healthcare, dermatology or aesthetic operations
✅ Strong leadership and team management skills
✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
✅ Arabic language proficiency (required)
✅ UAE healthcare experience (preferred)
