Key Responsibilities of Barista
✅ Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages according to company recipes and standards.
✅ Engage with customers in a friendly, professional manner and take accurate orders.
✅ Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and equipment.
✅ Ensure all food and beverage items are properly stocked and presented.
✅ Follow safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures consistently.
✅ Handle cash and POS transactions accurately.
✅ Stay updated on menu items, seasonal offerings, and promotions.
✅ Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and top-tier service.
Qualification Required for Barista
✅ Education: Bachelor’s Degree preferred (Hospitality or related field is a plus).
✅ Experience: Minimum 1+ year of experience as a Barista in a café or hospitality setting.
✅ Passionate about coffee, beverages, and creating enjoyable customer experiences.
✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
✅ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
✅ Knowledge of various brewing methods, latte art, and coffee equipment is an advantage.
✅ Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
