Job Description of Account / Finance Manager
✅ Mannesmann Energy is looking for an experienced Account / Finance Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. In this role, you will own and grow key client relationships, uncover new business opportunities, and ensure our accounts are managed with commercial discipline and a high standard of service. You will be a trusted point of contact for clients across the UAE Oil and Gas and Construction sectors, and your work will directly support the company’s growth and reputation in the market.

Key Responsibilities of Account / Finance Manager
✅ Manage and develop key client accounts, building long-term, trusted relationships.
✅ Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities within existing and prospective accounts.
✅ Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
✅ Lead commercial discussions and negotiations, safeguarding profitability and client satisfaction.
✅ Monitor account performance, track opportunities, and report progress to senior management.
✅ Stay informed on trends and developments in the UAE Oil and Gas market, and use that insight to shape account strategy.
✅ Represent Mannesmann Energy professionally with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Qualification Required for Account / Finance Manager
✅ Education
✅ Bachelor’s degree
✅ Experience
✅ Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in Account Management, preferably in the Oil and Gas or Construction industry.
✅ Proven experience in client relationship management and key account development.
✅ Demonstrated ability to maintain client relationships and identify business opportunities.
✅ Knowledge of the UAE Oil and Gas market. ADNOC experience is an advantage.

✅ Fluency in both Arabic and English (mandatory).
✅ Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
