Job Description of Finacle Developer
Key Responsibilities of Finacle Developer
✅ Develop and customize solutions on the Finacle 11.x platform to meet business and functional requirements
✅ Write, test, and debug Finacle scripts
✅ Customize Finacle products and configurations to support banking processes
✅ Manage and troubleshoot Finacle EOD/BOD processing to ensure timely, accurate operations
✅ Write and optimize SQL queries and work with Oracle databases
✅ Work with functional and business teams to translate core banking requirements into technical solutions
✅ Investigate and resolve production issues, minimizing downtime and risk
✅ Document development work, customizations, and fixes
Qualification Required for Finacle Developer
✅ Bachelor’s Degree
✅ 1+ year of hands-on Finacle development experience
✅ Finacle 11.x development and customization
✅ Finacle scripting and debugging
✅ Finacle product customization
✅ SQL and Oracle Database
✅ Core banking functional knowledge
✅ Finacle EOD/BOD processing and troubleshooting
✅ Skills: Finacle Integrator, Connect24, BAF, TBJSTM, Jasper/MRT
✅ Important: Candidates must have hands-on Finacle development, scripting, and customization experience. Infrastructure-only profiles are not suitable for this role.
