Job Description of Marketing & Business Development Manager
Key Responsibilities of Marketing & Business Development Manager
✅ Develop and execute marketing and business development strategies that support the network’s growth objectives
✅ Enhance brand visibility and market positioning across Medcare’s hospitals and medical centres
✅ Identify, build and maintain strategic partnerships with corporate clients, insurers and other key stakeholders
✅ Drive business growth and market expansion by identifying new opportunities and revenue streams
✅ Manage stakeholder relationships internally and externally to ensure aligned, consistent engagement
✅ Plan and oversee marketing initiatives and campaigns, and track their performance against targets
✅ Monitor market trends and the competitive landscape to inform strategy
Qualification Required for Marketing & Business Development Manager
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field
✅ Minimum 1+ year of relevant experience
✅ Mandatory: experience in the UAE healthcare sector
✅ Proven success in driving business growth and market expansion
✅ Strong expertise in marketing and business development
✅ Excellent stakeholder management skills
