Job Description of IT Security Consultant

✅ We are seeking an experienced IT Security Consultant to join our growing team in Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will play a critical part in safeguarding digital infrastructure by identifying vulnerabilities, developing secure systems, and implementing robust cybersecurity protocols. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in IT security and a strategic mindset to advise, monitor, and protect clients’ digital environments effectively.

Key Responsibilities of IT Security Consultant

✅ Assess and analyze existing IT infrastructure to identify potential security vulnerabilities.
✅ Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive security strategies, protocols, and policies.
✅ Conduct security audits, risk assessments, and compliance evaluations.
✅ Monitor networks and systems for security breaches, incidents, and unusual activity.
✅ Advise clients on best practices for data protection, access controls, and risk management.
✅ Respond to security breaches promptly and lead incident response efforts.
✅ Train staff and stakeholders on IT security awareness and preventive measures.
✅ Stay updated with the latest cybersecurity trends, tools, and compliance standards.

Qualification Required for IT Security Consultant

✅ Provide strategic IT security advisory
✅ Oversee IT security operations teams
✅ The consultant should possess working knowledge on the following technologies and domains:
✅ Microsoft Security Solutions, including Microsoft Defender suite
✅ Palo Alto Networks Firewall
✅ Cisco ISE with Forescout NAC
✅ Cisco Umbrella (DNS Security)
✅ Endpoint Protection, Antivirus (AV), Data Loss Prevention (DLP), and Cloud Security
