Job Description of HR Operations Manager
Key Responsibilities of HR Operations Manager
✅ Must be currently based in the UAE.
✅ Minimum 5 years of hands-on HR operations experience at managerial level.
✅ Strong command of UAE Labour Laws and HR compliance.
✅ Proven skills in employee relations, conflict resolution, and HR documentation.
✅ Experience in Construction, Facility Management, or Telecom/Technology sectors preferred.
✅ Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office.
Qualification Required for HR Operations Manager
✅ Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
✅ Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar HR operations or managerial role.
✅ Solid understanding of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
✅ Proven experience in streamlining HR processes and implementing systems.
✅ Strong leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
✅ Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
✅ Proficient in HR software/tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
