Key Responsibilities of Conveyancer
✅ Manage the legal aspects of property transactions, including preparing and reviewing contracts and agreements.
✅ Conduct title searches and ensure the legal transfer of property ownership.
✅ Liaise with clients, real estate agents, solicitors, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth transactions.
✅ Provide expert advice on property laws, regulations, and compliance matters.
