Key Responsibilities of Project & Plant Head - FMCG Manufacturing UAE (Edible Oil)
✅ Lead and manage day-to-day plant operations to ensure maximum productivity and efficiency
✅ Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery within timelines and budget
✅ Implement and monitor operational strategies to improve performance and reduce costs
✅ Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental policies
✅ Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, and quality assurance
✅ Drive continuous improvement initiatives across plant processes and systems
✅ Manage and mentor teams, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance
✅ Prepare and present reports on operational and project performance to senior management
Qualification Required for Project & Plant Head - FMCG Manufacturing UAE (Edible Oil)
✅ Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related field
✅ Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in plant management and project leadership
✅ Strong knowledge of plant operations, project management, and engineering principles
✅ Proven leadership and team management skills
✅ Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational abilities
✅ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
✅ Familiarity with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
