Job Description of Manager - Technology Lifecycle and Resilience
✅ We are looking for a senior technology leader to own how our clients’ technology estates age, evolve and stay resilient. In this role you will shape enterprise technology strategy, govern the application and infrastructure lifecycle, and make sure critical platforms are never caught out by obsolescence or vendor end-of-support. You will work with executives and delivery teams to turn complex, cross-platform challenges into clear roadmaps, sound investment decisions and measurable outcomes, often in highly regulated environments.

Key Responsibilities of Manager - Technology Lifecycle and Resilience
✅ Define and lead the technology lifecycle and resilience strategy across applications, infrastructure, data, integration and cloud.
✅ Manage the application portfolio and run lifecycle governance, including planning for obsolescence and vendor end-of-support risk.
✅ Develop target-state architectures and multi-year roadmaps that support enterprise resilience.
✅ Establish practical governance frameworks, including RACI models, control points and success measures.
✅ Guide investment planning by assessing technology risk, cost and business impact.
✅ Write decision papers and present recommendations to executive and senior stakeholders.
✅ Lead and facilitate cross-functional initiatives across business, architecture, engineering and operations teams.
✅ Keep technology decisions aligned with regulatory and compliance expectations.
Qualification Required for Manager - Technology Lifecycle and Resilience
✅ Bachelor’s degree.
✅ At least 12 years of experience in enterprise or solution architecture, technology strategy or architecture governance, including leading complex cross-platform initiatives in regulated environments.
✅ Deep experience in enterprise architecture, technology strategy, application portfolio management and lifecycle governance.
✅ Strong understanding of technology obsolescence, vendor end-of-support risk, investment planning and architecture governance.
✅ Proven experience shaping enterprise resilience strategies and target-state architectures across applications, infrastructure, data, integration and cloud.
✅ Ability to build pragmatic governance frameworks, RACI models, control points, roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
✅ Strong executive communication, cross-functional leadership, facilitation and decision-paper writing skills.
✅ Experience in banking, financial services or another highly regulated sector is strongly preferred.
