Job Description of Enterprise Architect - Salesforce
Key Responsibilities of Enterprise Architect - Salesforce
✅ Lead Salesforce CRM transformation initiatives, including SAP CRM to Salesforce migration
✅ Design and govern enterprise architecture, including integration with SAP S/4HANA
✅ Architect solutions across Salesforce Service Cloud and Field Service
✅ Define and deliver solutions using MuleSoft, Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud Next
✅ Shape Asset Management and Field Service business processes
✅ Own enterprise integration, solution architecture and governance standards
✅ Build strong relationships with CXOs and senior stakeholders, and guide them on strategy and technology decisions
✅ Lead complex, large-scale digital transformation programs from vision through delivery
✅ Explore and promote AI-led Salesforce capabilities, including Agentforce
Qualification Required for Enterprise Architect - Salesforce
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
✅ 10+ years of experience in IT, with deep expertise in enterprise and Salesforce architecture
✅ Proven track record leading CRM transformations and SAP CRM to Salesforce migrations
✅ Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA integration
✅ Strong working knowledge of Service Cloud, Field Service, MuleSoft, Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud Next
✅ Experience leading large-scale digital transformation programs
✅ Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills at CXO and senior leadership level
✅ Strong solution architecture, integration and governance capabilities
✅ Exposure to Agentforce or AI-led Salesforce capabilities (highly desirable)
