Job Description of Secondary Market Specialist
✅ Bargo Real Estate is looking for a motivated, dynamic and results-driven Secondary Market Specialist to join our growing team in Business Bay, Dubai.
✅ In this role, you will help clients buy, sell and rent properties across prime locations in Dubai, guiding them through every stage of the transaction, from first enquiry to handover. You will build your own client portfolio, work with a team that has a proven record with the city’s top developers, and play a direct part in shaping our growth in Dubai’s resale and rental market.

Key Responsibilities of Secondary Market Specialist
✅ Source and secure residential property listings across Dubai
✅ Build and maintain relationships with property owners, buyers, landlords and investors
✅ Generate leads and develop your own client portfolio
✅ Conduct property viewings, negotiations and client consultations
✅ Manage transactions from initial enquiry through successful completion
✅ Maintain accurate property listings and client records
✅ Stay informed about Dubai property prices, market trends and community developments
Qualification Required for Secondary Market Specialist
✅ Education: Bachelor’s Degree
✅ Experience: 2+ years
✅ Skills and Requirements:
✅ Previous experience in Dubai real estate, preferably in the secondary market
✅ Strong understanding of Dubai’s resale and rental property market
✅ Proven ability to generate leads and convert prospects into transactions
✅ Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
✅ RERA certification, or eligibility to obtain the required broker card
✅ Advantages:Existing client or landlord network
✅ Valid UAE driving license
