Job Description of Payment Onboarding Specialist
✅ We’re looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Payment Onboarding Specialist to join our expanding Forex/Fintech team in Dubai. You’ll be the link between our clients, payment service providers (PSPs), and internal teams, making sure every new payment provider, merchant, and client is onboarded accurately, compliantly, and without delays.

Key Responsibilities of Payment Onboarding Specialist
✅ Manage the onboarding and integration process for payment providers, merchants, and clients
✅ Coordinate with PSPs, internal teams, and external partners to keep onboarding operations running smoothly
✅ Maintain onboarding documentation, compliance checks, and account setup processes
✅ Handle payment-related issues, escalations, and follow-ups promptly
✅ Keep client records accurate and up to date using CRM systems and payment tools
Qualification Required for Payment Onboarding Specialist
✅ Education: Bachelor’s degree
✅ Experience:
✅ 3+ years of relevant experience, including a minimum of 1 year in payment onboarding
✅ Previous experience in Forex trading, fintech, or financial services
✅ Skills:
✅ Strong knowledge of onboarding procedures, PSPs, payment gateways, and payment operations
✅ Hands-on experience with CRM systems and payment platforms/tools
✅ Excellent communication and coordination skills
✅ Strong attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
