Job Description of Factory Manager

Key Responsibilities of Factory Manager
✅ Manage all factory operations, including production planning, scheduling, and execution.
✅ Lead, mentor, and develop factory staff to maintain high performance and morale.
✅ Ensure product quality standards are met in line with company and regulatory requirements.
✅ Implement and monitor health, safety, and environmental practices.
✅ Oversee inventory management and coordinate with procurement for raw materials.
✅ Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and drive efficiency.
✅ Collaborate with R&D, Sales, and Supply Chain teams to align operations with business goals.
✅ Prepare operational reports and present performance metrics to senior leadership.
Qualification Required for Factory Manager
✅ Minimum 5 years of experience in factory or production management
✅ Background in manufacturing or perfume production is a strong plus
✅ Strong leadership, planning, and process optimization skills
