Key Responsibilities of Senior HR Advisor

✅ Lead client consultations to understand HR challenges, goals, and project requirements.
✅ Build and maintain strong client relationships by delivering tailored, high-quality HR solutions.
✅ Design and implement HR strategies that align with clients’ business objectives and timelines.
✅ Provide continuous client support, updates, and advice to ensure successful delivery.

Qualification Required for Senior HR Advisor

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any relevant field.
✅ 8–10 years of solid HR experience (consulting experience is a strong plus).
✅ Currently residing in the UAE.
✅ Strong interpersonal, advisory, and client-facing skills.
✅ Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver on tight timelines.
