Job Description of Assistant HR Manager
✅ We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant HR Manager to join our Human Resources team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in supporting HR operations, enhancing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and UAE labor laws. This position offers the opportunity to grow within a reputable company while contributing to the development and well-being of our valued workforce.
Key Responsibilities of Assistant HR Manager
✅ Minimum 8 years of overall HR experience
✅ At least 5 years in a manufacturing unit
✅ Proven experience in managing a team of 2 or more HR professionals
✅ Strong exposure to HR operations, performance management, and training management
✅ Preference will be given to candidates with experience in ISO-certified companies
✅ Must hold a valid UAE driving license and be willing to travel between Emirates
✅ Experience handling and coordinating with 150+ blue-collar workers in a factory environment within the UAE is essential
Qualification Required for Assistant HR Manager
✅ Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
✅ Experience: Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in the construction or related industry.
✅ Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
✅ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
✅ Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office applications.
✅ Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
