Job Description of Compliance Officer
✅ The Compliance Officer will be responsible for ensuring that all activities within the bank process adhere to regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry standards. This role involves monitoring, reporting, and implementing compliance-related activities to mitigate risks and maintain the integrity of the bank’s operations.
Key Responsibilities of Compliance Officer
✅ Develop, implement, and monitor compliance policies and procedures.
✅ Ensure adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
✅ Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify and mitigate compliance risks.
✅ Provide guidance and training to staff on compliance-related matters.
✅ Maintain detailed records of compliance activities and report findings to management.
✅ Stay updated on industry developments and regulatory changes to ensure continuous compliance.
Qualification Required for Compliance Officer
✅ A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
✅ Minimum of 1 year of experience in a compliance or administrative role.
✅ Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
✅ Knowledge of legal regulations and compliance standards within the industry.
✅ Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
✅ Proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
