Job Description of Estimation Engineer – Civil
✅ The successful candidate will analyze project specifications, assess labor and material costs, and prepare tender submissions that are both competitive and compliant with client expectations. If you are technically sound, detail-oriented, and experienced in the UAE civil construction market, we’d love to hear from you.Key Responsibilities of Estimation Engineer – Civil
✅ Prepare accurate cost estimates for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontracted services.
✅ Review BOQs and identify cost-saving opportunities through value engineering.
✅ Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing.
✅ Support tendering processes by compiling and submitting technical and commercial bids.
✅ Collaborate with project managers, architects, and site engineers during pre-bid meetings.
✅ Maintain and update cost databases and estimation tools.
✅ Ensure that all estimates comply with client requirements and relevant regulations.Qualification Required for Estimation Engineer – Civil
✅ Minimum 5 years of experience in civil project estimation in the UAE or GCC.
✅ In-depth knowledge of civil construction methods, market pricing, and project cost structures.
✅ Proficiency in estimation software and Microsoft Office tools.
✅ Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
