Job Description of Mechanical Technician
Key Responsibilities of Mechanical Technician
✅ Perform regular maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on mechanical systems and machinery.
✅ Troubleshoot mechanical failures and recommend effective solutions.
✅ Install, adjust, and inspect mechanical components and equipment according to technical specifications.
✅ Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and engineering drawings.
✅ Ensure adherence to safety protocols and industry best practices during all work procedures.
✅ Maintain accurate maintenance records and prepare technical reports.
✅ Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and other technicians on project requirements.
Qualification Required for Mechanical Technician
✅ Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in maintenance and operation of the following machines:
✅ Blow Molding Machines – Priority
✅ Filling Machines.
✅ Labeling Machines.
✅ Cartoning Machines.
✅ Preference will be given to candidates with previous experience in water or juice production plants.
