Job Description of Account Manager
✅ We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Account Manager to join our dynamic accounting team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring their satisfaction, and maintaining strong relationships. You will play a key role in driving client success and contributing to the overall growth of Progbiz.
Key Responsibilities of Account Manager
✅ Manage and oversee client accounts, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
✅ Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
✅ Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and support to clients.
✅ Conduct regular account reviews and performance analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
✅ Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations, maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.
Qualification Required for Account Manager
✅ Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
✅ 2-3 years of experience in account management, preferably in the IT industry.
✅ Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships.
✅ Strong organizational and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach.
