Job Description of Lab Supervisor (2)

✅ We are seeking two Lab Supervisors to join our forward-thinking team in Fujairah. This role is a remarkable opportunity for motivated professionals to lead and ensure the smooth functioning of laboratory operations. As a Lab Supervisor, you will oversee daily lab activities, uphold safety and quality standards, and play a critical role in achieving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities of Lab Supervisor (2)

✅ Supervise day-to-day laboratory operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in processes.
✅ Monitor lab activities to maintain compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
✅ Manage and support the calibration, maintenance, and optimal functioning of lab equipment.
✅ Guide and mentor lab technicians, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
✅ Analyze and interpret laboratory data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
✅ Oversee inventory management of lab materials and supplies.
✅ Implement and uphold quality control measures to ensure the reliability of results.

Qualification Required for Lab Supervisor (2)

✅ A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
✅ 2+ years of experience in laboratory supervision or related roles.
✅ Strong expertise in laboratory procedures, protocols, and safety standards.
✅ Proven leadership and team management skills.
✅ Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical abilities.
✅ Proficiency in laboratory equipment usage and software tools.
✅ Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with teams.
