Job Description of Test Analyst–HPS PowerCard

✅ We are currently seeking a highly skilled Test Analyst – HPS PowerCard to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This role is critical in ensuring the quality, performance, and reliability of our financial services platforms, particularly the HPS PowerCard system. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of test analysis, banking systems, and software QA practices to support seamless end-user experiences and successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities of Test Analyst–HPS PowerCard

✅ Design and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for PowerCard modules and related banking applications.
✅ Collaborate with development, business, and QA teams to understand requirements and ensure thorough test coverage.
✅ Perform system, integration, regression, and performance testing for HPS PowerCard systems.
✅ Identify, document, and track bugs or issues using appropriate testing tools.
✅ Provide accurate and timely reporting on testing progress, defect status, and overall quality metrics.
✅ Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and participate in go-live activities.
✅ Ensure compliance with company QA standards and project-specific guidelines.

Qualification Required for Test Analyst–HPS PowerCard

✅ Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
✅ Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Test Analyst, with strong expertise in HPS PowerCard testing.
✅ Solid understanding of QA methodologies, testing types, and software development life cycle (SDLC).
✅ Familiarity with test management tools such as JIRA, HP ALM, or similar platforms.
✅ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
✅ Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
