Job Description of Sap Ewm Techno-Functional Consultant
✅ We are looking for an experienced SAP EWM Techno-Functional Consultant to join a high-impact team in Dubai. In this role, you will combine deep functional knowledge of SAP Extended Warehouse Management with strong ABAP technical skills. You will design, build and support warehouse solutions that keep complex logistics and supply chain operations running smoothly.
✅ You will work on S/4HANA-based EWM landscapes, integrate them with ERP, and improve warehouse efficiency end to end. This is a good fit if you enjoy owning both the business process and the code behind it.
Key Responsibilities of Sap Ewm Techno-Functional Consultant
✅ Configure and implement SAP EWM, covering warehouse structure, processes, master data and ERP–EWM integration.
✅ Develop and enhance EWM solutions using ABAP Objects, ALV, IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs and BAdIs.
✅ Build and support RF (radio frequency) transactions, PPF actions and EWM Monitor enhancements.
✅ Create and maintain output documents using Adobe Forms and Smart Forms.
✅ Debug issues and tune the performance of EWM and custom developments.
✅ Support integration with SAP MM and PP modules.
✅ Lead or contribute to SIT and UAT, cutover activities and post-go-live support.
✅ Work with business stakeholders to turn warehouse and logistics requirements into robust technical solutions.
✅ Contribute to S/4HANA implementations and upgrades, including SAP Fiori applications.
Qualification Required for Sap Ewm Techno-Functional Consultant
✅ Education and experience
✅ Bachelor’s degree
✅ 8+ years of overall experience
✅ SAP EWM: 7–9 years of hands-on experience, including at least one recent-version implementation
✅ SAP ABAP: 6–8 years of experience, including two implementations involving ABAP and technical EWM
✅ Technical skills
✅ Strong expertise in EWM configuration, warehouse processes, master data and ERP–EWM integration
✅ Hands-on experience with RF, PPF, EWM Monitor enhancements, ABAP Objects, ALV, IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs and BAdIs
✅ Experience with Adobe Forms, Smart Forms, debugging, performance tuning, SAP Fiori and S/4HANA
✅ Knowledge of SAP MM/PP integration, SIT/UAT, cutover and post-go-live support
✅ Domain experience
✅ Warehouse management and warehouse operations
✅ Logistics and supply chain management
✅ SAP S/4HANA and ERP–EWM integration
✅ Manufacturing, Retail, FMCG, Automotive or Distribution experience preferred
✅ Added advantage
