Job Description of Sales Engineer – Solar & Power Sector

✅ We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Sales Engineer – Solar & Power Sector to join our dynamic team in Dubai. This role combines technical expertise with business development skills, playing a pivotal role in driving sales and delivering value-added energy solutions to clients. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of solar energy systems and a drive to build long-lasting client relationships in the renewable energy space.

Key Responsibilities of Sales Engineer – Solar & Power Sector

✅ Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in the solar and power sector.
✅ Conduct site assessments and technical evaluations to propose tailored solar solutions.
✅ Prepare and deliver detailed sales proposals, technical presentations, and system cost estimates.
✅ Collaborate with engineering and project teams to ensure smooth handover and execution.
✅ Maintain strong client relationships and provide post-sale support as needed.
✅ Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and competitive landscape in the UAE market.
✅ Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Qualification Required for Sales Engineer – Solar & Power Sector

✅ Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (preferably Electrical, Mechanical, or Renewable Energy).
✅ Experience: Minimum of 1 year in sales, preferably within the solar, energy, or power sectors.
✅ Strong technical knowledge of solar PV systems and energy solutions.
✅ Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
✅ Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
✅ UAE driving license is a plus.
