Job Description of IT/Technical Project Manager
Key Responsibilities of IT/Technical Project Manager
✅ Lead end-to-end project management of IT and digital transformation initiatives.
✅ Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resources.
✅ Coordinate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors.
✅ Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and resolving issues as they arise.
✅ Manage project budgets, risks, and change requests effectively.
✅ Ensure adherence to project management best practices and company standards.
✅ Prepare and deliver project documentation, status reports, and executive updates.
✅ Facilitate stakeholder communication and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualification Required for IT/Technical Project Manager
✅ Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
✅ Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management, preferably in enterprise-level or digital transformation projects.
✅ Proven expertise in Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
✅ Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
✅ Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
✅ PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is a plus.
✅ Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or MS Project.
