Job Description of Site Engineer

✅ We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Engineer to join our client's dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in overseeing on-site activities, ensuring that construction projects are executed effectively, safely, and on schedule. Key Responsibilities of Site Engineer

✅ Supervise and manage daily site operations and ensure project milestones are met.
✅ Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
✅ Conduct regular inspections and prepare reports on work progress, quality, and health & safety compliance.
✅ Interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
✅ Identify and resolve any technical issues on site promptly.
✅ Ensure that all materials and workmanship meet the required standards and codes.
✅ Assist in budgeting, scheduling, and resource planning.

Qualification Required for Site Engineer

✅ Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
✅ Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in site engineering or construction project supervision.
✅ Strong knowledge of construction procedures, materials, and safety guidelines.
✅ Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and using engineering software tools.
✅ Excellent organizational and communication skills.
✅ Ability to lead site teams and ensure timely project delivery.
