✅ As a Real Estate Agent at Home Keys Real Estate, you will be an integral part of our sales team, driving our business growth and expanding our market presence. You will be responsible for guiding clients through the property buying process, providing expert advice, and ensuring a seamless and satisfying customer experience. This role is crucial to our success, helping us achieve our sales targets and maintain our reputation as a trusted real estate developer.
Key Responsibilities of Real Estate Agent
✅ Promote and sell real estate properties to prospective clients.
✅ Provide clients with detailed information about our properties, including specifications, pricing, and benefits.
✅ Conduct property tours and site visits with clients.
✅ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns.
✅ Prepare and present sales proposals and contracts.
✅ Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
✅ Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies.
✅ Participate in sales events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
Qualification Required for Real Estate Agent
✅ Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
✅ 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry.
✅ Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
✅ Strong customer service orientation with a proactive approach to client needs.
✅ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
✅ Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
✅ Strong organizational and time management skills.
