Job Description of Beauty Therapist
Key Responsibilities of Beauty Therapist
✅ Perform a range of aesthetic and skincare treatments to the clinic’s high standards
✅ Consult with patients to assess their needs, recommend suitable treatments and explain procedures
✅ Provide excellent patient care and a comfortable, professional experience from arrival to aftercare
✅ Maintain strict hygiene, safety and infection-control standards, and keep the treatment area clean and well prepared
✅ Keep accurate patient records and follow clinic protocols and SHA regulations
✅ Recommend and promote suitable treatments and products to support client goals and clinic revenue
✅ Build lasting client relationships that encourage repeat visits and referrals
Qualification Required for Beauty Therapist
✅ Bachelor’s degree
✅ Valid SHA license or a license convertible to SHA
✅ 3+ years of experience as a Beauty Therapist in the UAE
✅ Proven experience in aesthetic and skincare treatments
✅ Strong communication and patient care skills
✅ Salary of AED 15,000-20,000, depending on experience
✅ Commission on top of base salary
✅ Work in a prestigious, high-end clinic
✅ 6-day working week
