Job Description of Leasing Department Coordinator

✅ Dicetek LLC is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Leasing Department Coordinator to join our Operations team in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. This role plays a crucial part in supporting the leasing process, ensuring seamless coordination between stakeholders, accurate documentation, and efficient day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities of Leasing Department Coordinator

✅ Coordinate with the team & management to identify offices to be relocated
✅ Prepare lease addendums for relocation
✅ Contact and negotiate existing tenants for relocation and ensure signed documentation digitally
✅ Assigning new units to lease contract in the systems (SF & SAP)
✅ Coordinate with Park Operation Department to move furniture/Items/company tags and clear the offices
✅ Coordinate with TSS to close existing units & create new office units
✅ Manage the end-to-end relocation process

Qualification Required for Leasing Department Coordinator

✅ Strong negotiation & communication skills
✅ Presentable and good communicator
✅ Prior experience in Salesforce & SAP
✅ Prior experience in Customer Handling
✅ Real estate experience would be advantageous but is not an essential
✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
✅ Excellent organization and planning skills
