Job Description of Credit Controller

✅ Thomsun Group is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Credit Controller to join our Operations team in Dubai. In this role, you will play a vital part in managing customer credit, ensuring timely collection of outstanding accounts, and minimizing financial risk. Your work will directly contribute to the financial health and operational efficiency of the company.

Key Responsibilities of Credit Controller

✅ Monitor and manage customer credit limits, payments, and overdue accounts.
✅ Review and assess credit applications and perform risk analysis.
✅ Coordinate with internal departments to resolve billing and payment discrepancies.
✅ Follow up with clients on overdue payments via calls, emails, and official correspondence.
✅ Prepare regular reports on account status, outstanding balances, and collection progress.
✅ Ensure compliance with company credit policies and financial procedures.
✅ Support monthly closing activities related to accounts receivable.

Qualification Required for Credit Controller

✅ Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
✅ Minimum of 1 year of experience in credit control or accounts receivable.
✅ Strong analytical and numerical skills.
✅ Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and accounting software.
✅ Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
✅ Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts effectively
