Job Description of Credit Controller
Key Responsibilities of Credit Controller
✅ Review and assess credit applications and perform risk analysis.
✅ Coordinate with internal departments to resolve billing and payment discrepancies.
✅ Follow up with clients on overdue payments via calls, emails, and official correspondence.
✅ Prepare regular reports on account status, outstanding balances, and collection progress.
✅ Ensure compliance with company credit policies and financial procedures.
✅ Support monthly closing activities related to accounts receivable.Qualification Required for Credit Controller
✅ Minimum of 1 year of experience in credit control or accounts receivable.
✅ Strong analytical and numerical skills.
✅ Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and accounting software.
✅ Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
