✅ Provide personalized nursing care to patients in their homes, ensuring adherence to care plans and protocols.
✅ Administer medications, treatments, and injections as prescribed by physicians.
✅ Monitor patients' conditions, document observations, and communicate any changes to the healthcare team.
✅ Educate patients and their families on healthcare management and disease prevention.
✅ Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and mobility support.
✅ Maintain accurate and timely patient records and documentation.
✅ Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of care plans.
