Job Description of Odoo Developer โ Insurance ERP
โ We are looking for an experienced Odoo Developer to join our team and help build and customize ERP solutions for the insurance sector. You will work on real implementations, turning complex insurance workflows such as policies, claims, underwriting, and renewals into reliable, user-friendly Odoo modules. This is a hands-on role where your work directly shapes how our clients run their day-to-day business.
Key Responsibilities of Odoo Developer โ Insurance ERP
โ Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules to meet insurance business requirements
โ Implement and configure Odoo for Insurance ERP projects, from requirements through go-live
โ Translate business needs and functional specifications into clean, scalable technical solutions
โ Integrate Odoo with third-party systems and APIs where required
โ Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing Odoo applications for performance and stability
โ Write and maintain technical documentation
โ Collaborate with functional consultants, project managers, and clients
โ Provide post-deployment support and contribute to continuous improvement
Qualification Required for Odoo Developer โ Insurance ERP
โ achelorโs degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
โ 3โ4 years of hands-on Odoo development experience
โ Experience with Insurance ERP implementation and customization is preferred
โ Strong proficiency in Python and the Odoo framework (ORM, views, QWeb reports, workflows)
โ Working knowledge of PostgreSQL, XML, JavaScript, and HTML/CSS
โ Ability to analyze requirements and deliver practical solutions
โ Good communication and teamwork skills
โ Immediate joiners preferred
