Job Description of Branch Manager- Building Materials Trading
✅ We are looking for an experienced Branch Manager to lead a building materials retail trading showroom in Dubai. In this role you will own the branch’s day-to-day performance, from sales results and customer experience to team leadership and reporting. If you have a proven record in the UAE building materials market and want to run a branch with real ownership, this is a strong opportunity.
Key Responsibilities of Branch Manager- Building Materials Trading
✅ Manage all showroom operations, ensuring the branch runs smoothly and profitably
✅ Set and achieve sales targets, and drive revenue growth through retail and trade customers
✅ Lead, coach, and motivate the showroom sales and support team
✅ Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, and suppliers
✅ Deliver excellent customer service and resolve client queries and escalations promptly
✅ Oversee inventory levels, product display, and stock coordination with the warehouse and procurement teams
✅ Prepare and review regular sales reports, and present performance insights to management
✅ Use the ERP system to manage orders, invoicing, and branch data accurately
✅ Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing to identify new opportunities
✅ Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and local regulations
Qualification Required for Branch Manager- Building Materials Trading
✅ Bachelor’s degree
✅ Minimum 7 years’ experience managing a building materials retail trading showroom in the UAE
✅ Fluent communication skills in English and Malayalam
✅ Good working knowledge of sales reporting, ERP systems, and MS Office
✅ Strong leadership, negotiation, and customer relationship skills
