Job Description of Technical SME- Middleware
Key Responsibilities of Technical SME- Middleware
✅ Design, develop, and implement middleware solutions to meet client requirements.
✅ Analyze and troubleshoot middleware issues to ensure optimal system performance.
✅ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate middleware applications with other systems.
✅ Provide technical guidance and support to clients, ensuring the successful deployment and maintenance of middleware solutions.
✅ Monitor and optimize middleware performance, implementing necessary updates and improvements.
✅ Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients to enhance their understanding of middleware technologies.
Qualification Required for Technical SME- Middleware
✅ Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
✅ Minimum of 5 years of experience in middleware technologies and related fields.
✅ Strong understanding of middleware architecture, design, and implementation.
✅ Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving middleware issues.
✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
