Key Responsibilities of Salesforce Business Analyst – Real Estate and Properties Domain
✅ Ability to write clear user stories, define acceptance criteria, and manage product backlogs
✅ Proficiency in Azure DevOps, JIRA, Confluence, or equivalent tools
✅ Solid grasp of Agile/Scrum methodology
✅ Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Business Analyst) are a plus
✅ Experience with Lucidchart / Draw io for creating process flows
✅ Familiarity with Apex, SOQL, Salesforce Flows, and declarative tools
✅ Experience with data migration, integrations, or working with ETL tools is a big advantageQualification Required for Salesforce Business Analyst – Real Estate and Properties Domain
✅ Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 years in the Salesforce ecosystem.
✅ Proven experience in the Real Estate and Properties domain is mandatory.
✅ Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM functionalities, workflows, reporting, and integration capabilities.
✅ Experience with Salesforce tools like Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and third-party property management integrations is a plus.
✅ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
✅ Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
