Job Description of Pest Control Engineer
✅ We are looking for a Pest Control Engineer to join our team in Sharjah. In this role, you will protect people, property, and the environment by assessing pest risks, designing effective control strategies, and making sure all treatments meet UAE regulatory and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities of Pest Control Engineer
✅ Carry out site inspections to identify pest activity, risk areas, and conditions that attract or support infestations.
✅ Develop and implement integrated pest management (IPM) plans suited to each site and client.
✅ Supervise and guide pest control technicians during treatments, ensuring correct methods and safe handling of chemicals.
✅ Select, prepare, and apply approved pesticides and control measures in line with Sharjah and UAE regulations.
✅ Prepare clear inspection reports, treatment records, and recommendations for clients and management.
✅ Monitor treatment effectiveness through follow-up visits and adjust strategies where needed.
✅ Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental requirements, including proper storage and disposal of chemicals.
✅ Advise clients on preventive measures and best practices to reduce future risks.
✅ Maintain accurate documentation and support audits and quality inspections.
✅ Respond promptly to client complaints and urgent service requests.
Qualification Required for Pest Control Engineer
✅ Education
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Biology, Entomology, Agriculture, Chemistry, or a related field.
✅ Experience
✅ Minimum 2 years of experience in pest control, public health pest management, or a related field.
✅ Skills and Attributes
✅ Solid knowledge of pest biology, behavior, and integrated pest management techniques.
✅ Familiarity with UAE and local municipality regulations on pest control and chemical use.
✅ Strong report-writing, documentation, and communication skills.
✅ Ability to lead field teams and work independently on site.
✅ Strong commitment to health, safety, and environmental standards.
✅ Proficiency in MS Office; a valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
✅ Pest control certification or municipality-approved training is a plus.
