✅ Strong expertise in Ericsson Order Care (EOC) – ConceptWave, ECM, and associated platforms.
✅ Proficient in J2EE, Oracle, Spring Boot, and WebLogic.
✅ Proven track record of technical leadership on EOC/ECM projects.

Key Responsibilities of Senior EOC (ConceptWave) Developer

✅ Design and implement scalable ConceptWave EOC solutions tailored to business needs.
✅ Develop and configure order orchestration and fulfillment workflows.
✅ Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, business analysts, and QA engineers.
✅ Ensure integration of ConceptWave with external systems such as CRM, Billing, and Network Inventory.
✅ Analyze system requirements and recommend improvements.
✅ Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ConceptWave modules.
✅ Provide technical documentation, support, and mentorship to junior developers.
✅ Follow best practices for secure coding, version control, and software deployment.
