Job Description of Technical Project Manager
Key Responsibilities of Technical Project Manager
✅ Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, while ensuring alignment with business goals.
✅ Collaborate with technical teams, stakeholders, and clients to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
✅ Develop and manage project plans, budgets, risk assessments, and resource allocation.
✅ Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and resolving issues promptly.
✅ Facilitate communication across teams and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
✅ Ensure compliance with quality standards, governance frameworks, and best practices.
✅ Conduct post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement.
Qualification Required for Technical Project Manager
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
✅ Minimum 5+ years of experience in technical project management within the IT industry.
✅ Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC), Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
✅ Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with cross-functional teams.
✅ Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
✅ PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is a plus.
✅ Experience in managing enterprise-level IT projects within the GCC region is an advantage.
